This STAR SPANGLED BORDER QUILTING DESIGN with written stitching instructions was created to motivate you to a new level in your machine quilting. This design uses the concept for stitching invented by Joanie, Continuous Outline Designs, a method to easily break a complicated pattern into manageable rows of stitching. Use red and blue thread for a patriotic themed project or use a color to match a juvenile quilt. If the border does not fit your space, add lines of stitching above and below to fill empty space.
